Minnesota Valley Electric Cooperative (MVEC) has been providing reliable electric power to its member-owners since 1937.

MVEC’s service area is continually changing and serves some of the fastest-growing counties in the nation. A wide variety of accounts are served – farmers, rural and suburban residential areas, and large commercial and industrial businesses.

Utilizing today’s technology to provide service beyond expectations, MVEC works diligently to provide reliable, quality power at a reasonable price. The cooperative offers a variety of Energy Wise® programs, giving members the option of additional savings on their electric rates. And, because it is a not-for-profit cooperative, MVEC sells electricity to its member-owners at cost.
